Today is Friday, good time to use a hashtag #FF, but it’s not Twitter’s traditional Follow Friday. Instead I use it for something else haha. Friendzone Forever should sound more appropriate though LOL. Just be friends… yeah, like this song here:
That’s why Yuuki’s crying. On the other note, Transformers: Age of Extinction is stunningly explosive but it’s so bad that it’s good. You’ve seen my rants on Twitter right?

I’m glad I picked up this series. It reminds me a lot of sweet moments in Kimi ni Todoke. Though in the end it was anti-climatic with all cries & shouts and yet they reconciled pretty fast, but honestly I really enjoyed the anime so much ’till my heart was melting while seeing those cute moments. Glad to see Saki and Shougo reconciled, so their shipping is still happening. The manga is still ongoing. Hopefully in the next season (pray it’ll happen soon…), I would like to see some romantic developments between Kaori & Yuuki. At this rate, they can’t stay friends forever.
The animation looks typical for a slice-of-life series, but I really like the styles Brains Base used in some scenes to represent a certain mood, like weather for example. Characters are simply cute. The plot is pretty good too, though it’s not the best. I love the fact that the episodes before the arrival of Kujou ended satisfyingly. Calm before the storm huh?
Also, keeping a diary as a proof of memories is a good concept for someone with amnesia illness to remember something important, but I wonder if it works in reality too… In anime it’s possible because it can be made up but in real life, what if a person who totally forget about something & read the diary, he or she will become clueless? Figure it out by yourself hahaha…
Overall, One Week Friends is a very heartwarming series filled with joy & cutesy that make us smile for a very long time…. until the latter part of course. The season finale is not as strong as I thought but I’m relieved it ends happily with the main duo being able to make up again.
