Fall 2012 Re-encoding List

Little Busters! 「リトルバスターズ!」 (MAL | ANN | Official site -JP-)
Animation production: Kyoto Animation J.C. STAFF
Premiere date: Oct 6 on TOKYO MX (Saturday midnight, same day as Kokoro Connect)

I love Key’s visual novels so much. Clannad is one of them, the only VN that brought joy, drama & tears. Little Busters! VN is pretty good too. It included some minigames like baseball practice, funny battle sequence, comical missions & RPG-like mechanics. Still I haven’t finish the full game yet & I have completed 2 routes, Komari & Rin the 1st route in order to unlock other character routes. So far, I enjoyed the VN very much. Let’s hope that J.C. Staff will adapt this VN as KyoAni did to the other Key’s anime adaptations.

PSYCHO-PASS 「サイコパス」 (MAL | ANN | Official site -JP-)
Animation production: Production I.G
Premiere date: Oct 12 on Fuji TV’s noitaminA time block (Thursday midnight)

Original character design by the author of Katekyou Hitman Reborn! manga, script by Gen Urobuchi who brought Fate/Zero & Madoka Magica to us and the ending song performed by EGOIST. Wow, the alternative title would be “Katekyou Fate Guilty Crown!”. Why does everyone holds the same guns?  I don’t have high expectations in this one but really looking forward because of Gen Urobuchi’s involvement.

UPDATE: New PV is up! Looks like some kind of Ghost in the Shell feel. Speaking of the guns, it does really have something related to this anime.

Robotics;Notes 「ロボティクス・ノーツ」 (MAL | ANN | Official site -JP-)
Animation production: Production I.G
Premiere date: Same time, same TV channel as Psycho-Pass

Another science adventure series by 5pb x Nitroplus. Steins;Gate is the best one to date. I did wrote about the anime announcement in my previous post, so check it out.

Production I.G is dominating this season’s noitaminA time block.

Gintama 「銀魂」 -new episodes- (MAL | Official site -JP-)
Animation production: Sunrise
Premiere date: Oct 4 on TV TOKYO (Thursday at 6pm JST, replacing Sket Dance timeslot)

I’m getting confused whether it’s an all new Gintama season or re-run of the previous seasons, but I heard that it’s a combination of re-run & new episodes. So maybe 30 mins for re-runs & another 30 mins for the new episodes which will continue where it left off back in March.

And yeah, do you remember the commotion about the Thursday’s 6pm time slot during the Gintama x Sket Dance crossover episode? Now Gintama has it back LOL!

K (MAL | ANN | Official site -JP-)
Animation production: GoHands
Premiere date: Oct 4 on MBS (Thursday midnight)

The animation is quite decent because everything moves. So no still images, static people & objects. This anime is really packed with action scenes. The rubbish-picker robot, the city & the fight between the superpower users reminds me of To Aru Majustu no Index series. The otaku blogger, Danny Choo also recommended this one to all anime fans.

Since Koi Choco is finished yesterday, I’m glad to take this one as the final re-encoding anime for Fall 2012.
